Q: What can you do in China if your employer is 'hazing' you?

If your employer hazes you at the work place what rights do you have to file a complaint. I have heard and read about employee's being hazed in the workplace for different reasons. I'm not gonna touch on every little detail, but if you were 'hazed' at work what would you expect to do about it?
I think everybody has some kind of opinion on the subject matter and everybody would handle it their way. Is there a right way and a wrong way to handle the 'hazing' problem that you as an employee may experience at work?

What’s so bad about using the verb ‘to insult’ in your question?

tmestep8:

source: dictionary.com " haze 2 (heɪz) — vb 1. chiefly ( US ), ( Canadian ) to subject (fellow students) to ridicule or abuse 2. nautical to harass with humiliating tasks " In America, we usually use it to mean an initiation rite, usually humiliating or degrading.

you are not being hazed because you give no examples of what's being done to you, and for some odd reason you use "" around haze.

Sounds like your boss is a teenager. What do you mean when you say he hazes you?

Hazing? are you a pledge? you might want to share details of said "hazing". maybe you mean "insulting" like someone mentioned. I'm curious myself what one would do in china if bosses were paddling asses and having employees walk around in underwear...
