besides China, what countries still operates on the basis of the right of blood when it comes to nationality?

Japan is also a jus sanguinis.

But is China actually a jus sanguinis country. E.g. can ABCs get a Chinese citizenship (without a lot of hassle) ?

Then why dont they recognize deul citizenship? Doesnt making you lose your Chinese passport if you have a foreign one, kinda go against the whole idea?

japan is not completely a jus sanguinis (such as China). I check Wikipedia for that, and i do know personally italians who got the japanese citizenship without investing millions....
