Wikipedia to the rescue

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jus_sanguinis

Japan is also a jus sanguinis.

But is China actually a jus sanguinis country. E.g. can ABCs get a Chinese citizenship (without a lot of hassle) ?
