Chinese people look very different if you travel from one area to another.

North - Stocky, thick necks with forward projecting head. Leathery, dark skin. Tend to be taller.

West - Pronounced ethnic group physiology. Tibetan, Hui, Xinjiangren... hard to describe because there are so many remote areas. Some are Han, similar to what you'd see in the east or south.

South - Skinny, straight as a board posture. Medium toned soft skin, normal sized nose. Thin, slit-type eyelids.

East - medium build (although still a bit skinny by western standards). Light skin tone, flat nose. Great variety in eyelids: often with slant or slit, but sometimes western looking.

As far as I can tell all Chinese have black hair and dark brown eyes. A rare few have brown hair.

Victoria1987:

It depenpens on person,I am from east,I have light olive skin, dark brown hair, tall nose, dark eyes, many  people in my city have dark yellow skin, some have flat nose.I think the main reason is the dffrent genes,my sister has the dark skin,I have the light skin.

I have studied from the book, generally there has 2 genes among chinese people.light yellow skin and dark yellow skin, some dark skin people married with light skin people,my dad's skin is diffrent from my mom, that is why mine has the diffrent from my sister.Same as people in Europle, some have blue eyes some have brown eyes.
