Suzhou's cuisine isn't as famous as other area's cuisines in China, but it certainly does have it's share of unique and traditional dishes. Suzhou's dishes are known for their sweetness. Famous dishes include cherry pork and squirrel fish. Suzhou's mooncakes are also famous throughout China.
