Try Dave's Esl Cafe for esl jobs, this site is ok too but be wary of recruiters taking a chunk of your income. For professional jobs you'll have to be a good networker or get a western company to transfer you to China. If you're a white native speaker with a BA it should be easy to find an esl job.
esl jobs? you should be getting replies. post your cv on this site. should be getting a job easily. look at other teaching sites. if you are a native english speaker and dont mind working in a smaller city, pm me as i have a friend looking for a teacher.
non teaching jobs a different story. its difficult to get a response as the number of applicants are far higher for every job. you got skills in writing/jounalism, trade, other european languages, engineering, construction or finance you ll have a chance at getting a non teaching job if you keep plugging away. also look at the job boards i your own country and look up jobs in china
Chinese schools (employers in other fields also) don't respond, if they aren't interested in your CV.
Remodel your CV (make it shorter), include your photo (I know....!), and everything else adverts require.
Never mind, if no replies. Don't stop sending your CV, till you don't land a job.
I'm working with few 'no BS' Chinese placement agents, whom I trust. Contact them, and ask them for the job openings:
Skype handles:
'Allen Jia' - enkebeijing@hotmail.com
'Belita Qi' - belitaqi@outlook.com
'Linda' - teachinglanguage2009@gmail.com
You can tell them you got their contacts from me (if they'll ask!). Good luck!

If you are an ESL teacher with all the proper credentials from one of the five approved western speaking countries, I can put you in contact with the company I work for. We do not have schools in the big cities. Primarily thrid tiered cities. But, they pay on time, they take care fo their FT, and are not out to scam us.
Other than that, ESL jobs should be easy to get. Have someone look over your CV who works here in China to see if there is anything wrong or missing from it. It sounds like you are missing something that they require you to get a visa. Jobs are relatively easy for teachers to get in China. Without more information as to what you are supplying to them and the kind of job you are looking for, it is hard for any of us to assist you.
ok , thank you all for the advices , i'll keep on trying to apply for jobs online . the only Problem is i'm not from a native speacking country , but i do have all my files . i'm in china right now and i'm realy looking for a job. doesn't matter where to in china , but i can teach english ,or french because i've done that before . now my visa will expire on the 31st of this mounth and still , if i can't get a job , i'll have to go back home in my country . well i thank you again for everything ;wish me good luck and Good luck to everyone. thanks .

You can make yourself ready to return to your home country.
If you'll get work in China with Z (only proper working visa), you must exit China, either to HKong, but in most cases to your home country, and apply for Z in Chinese Embassy there.
If you'll accept work with any other visa, you'll again need to exit China, when School will apply for Z visa.
As Non-native English teacher, you'll have bigger problem to get job in China.
Some schools don't reply to your CV, because they aren't able to get Working Permit for Non- native teacher. In some Provinces/cities SAFEA (Foreign Expert Bureau) won't grant WP to Non-native English teacher.
