So you want them to cut off your leg eh ? Go home and get it done ,at least at home they will be liable if they mess it up

make sure you have a lot of cash in the bank, and know a doctor who speaks eng.lish.

an american colleague had to go to hospital for a minor injury got from playing football, took him all day to get it attended to - and this was in the hospital recommended for foreigners. 

The university then imposed a 500 RMB fine for missing classes

What is the knee surgery? Torn cartilige is no big deal, knee joint replacement is.
