After reading today's post, i was interested to know what everyone does to stay fit or healthy in China. What do you do? You can include workouts or meals.
I run a few times a week. (5-10k each time)
Play basketball twice a week.
Try to eat 2 pieces of fruit a day.
Atleast 10 bottles of water.
What do you do? Ok go!!

I used to chase girls till my wife found out
but my drinking arm still works fine
Just walk..walk and walk..but i remember the road so that i can come back to my house again..
Eat about 10 pieces of fresh fruit and veg a day,
err, err,,,,,,,,,, errrrrrr
Drink, and sometimes water too, (even though I know what fish do in it)
Oh and sweat in summer.
Since I don't have a car I have to walk and ride a bike all the time. That alone keeps me pretty fit.
But just eating healthy is the main thing I do. Lots of veggies and fruits everyday. Fish a couple times a week. Take various vitamin and supplement pills every morning. Do some light workouts at home when I feel like it (pushups, jumping jacks, squats, shadowing boxing for cardio)
