Q: What do you do when the teachers you work with take illegal drugs?
There are four teachers working in the same office and two teachers are taking illegal drugs. One is a user, as well as a pusher, while the other is just a user. What can or should the other two teachers who observe such things do.
Two options:
1) Report them
2) Ask them to share
If they are people you otherwise think are good people maybe you could warn them prior to reporting them. Likely that will primarily make them better at hiding their drugs so you are to believe they have stopped.

I think you reversed the order. It should be: 1. Ask them to share. 2. If they refuse, report them.
Have warned them earlier but was told to fxxx off. Furthermore, they are trouble makers!
I wouldn't stay around them if I were you.
If the authorities decide to make an example of them, they might put your head on the block as well.
Find a new job or find a way to distance yourself.

Are we talking weed or heroin? Cause they aren't really the same thing, since bad pot grows wild here...

Firstly stay as far away from them as you can. Secondly, get a new job. Thirdly, depends on how much they've pissed you off... if they're nasty, then report them. If they're not too nasty, don't (and let things go the way they may). Be aware, highly likely reporting them will do jack-shit, except to get you nailed for something!
1. What effect does this drug taking have on you or the pupils at the school?
2. Is this effect more than the taking of legal drugs?
If the answer to 1 is none, and the answer to 2 is no, then butt out and leave them alone.
If the answers are otherwise, then it really depends on how much you want your face rearranged, how much you value your job / liberty in China, (they'll take you down with them if you turn them in), and how 'civic' minded you feel.
How flagrant are they with their "extracurricular" activities? How do you "observe" them, actually? Do they smoke hookahs, snort white stuff with a rolled-up Ben Franklin, or share a needle in the office? Are they brazenly vocal about their illicit junk? Do they dribble when they teach? If you notice such signs, then admin surely must notice them as well.
Stay out of it. Walk away from them. Don't hang with them. Wait for admin to open their eyes.
So... don't dob them in. They'll sic the Dude's ex-GF on ya and you'll really be sporting a new a-hole then! Be careful, lil brother. Prudence.

I agree...as long as they're not shooting up in class, they can do whatever the hell they want at home or away from the school.

Sparkey is obviously on drugs and he says he is a teacher. Turn him in.
If the school isn't pressing them about what they do, why should you? Seems to be the typical new expat, comes, sees something they don't like and the first thing they want to do is be the person that tells. I do not condone what they are doing but really, who cares, they are working, they are not being fired or penalized by the school, you want to be the hero but all you would do is become the trouble maker.
