I understand that he may be coming to China, if he can get a visa.

He is a twat.
I think that sometimes his intentions are good, and he might be trying to make a decent point, but his gungho-ness about it tends to make his bias too obvious. When he wants to make a point, he seeks out others who will say what he wants them to say, and not look at both sides of the story,
His movies loses their effectiveness because its too much one sided. He is basically ust a sensationalist journalist, not a real one
gypsy: 100% agree with you his movies/docos are some of the most bias pieces of work and only takes one side without looking at the whole picture.
If he comes to China people will have no idea who he is except a small minority so no one will care.
I only know Michael Moore from Fahrenheit 9/11, which if factually accurate was very good. Was also interested by the documentary on the health care system in the states. Be interesting to see what he's planning on doing here; China's also without a decent national healthcare system, but i'm certain there's a ton of subjects he could jump on.
Maybe he just fancies some dumplings, he's eaten all the ones back home.

So THATS why I couldn't find any last winter in the US....
As much as I love his work and cause (ya I said it...all you freakin haters out there) I can't imagine he would be going to China without an agenda...like slamming Chinese factories for stealing US jobs...(thinking about "Roger and Me"...or "Capitalism: A Love Story)
But I have not heard anything of this trip until now.
that useless piece of #$%^ should move his fatt azz out of the us he bad mouths americans where ever he goes
nevermind:
So? He's often correct. And he doesn't badmouth the US, he criticizes its institutions. You sound like a Wu mao
