Q: What do you think the best places in china?and the worst?

to me the best place in china to live is either shanghai or beijing.

The worst is Hangzhou. Arrogant people, taxidrivers trying to cheat you almost everytime...

I found it to be the exact opposite. Beijingers are so full of themselves...

Shenzhen .......modern, vibrant, economic powerhouse, great  weather all year, affordable housing, a young population,  variety of places to eat, a cheap, clean and new  subway system and located on the border with Hong Kong and central Hong Kong is 45 minutes away by a direct train service............ Oh, and beautiful girls from all Chinese provinces

Have to agree with Mr_spoon about Bejingers. The best place I have come across so far  is Xiamen, great weather, friendly city and great girls. Also not too far to Hong Kong if you want to visit.

I was living in Yiwu for 5 years, as I must before, and i can prove its the worst place for living. Taxi always scam you for money, get other people inside a cab to earn more. very tidy on the roads, 2km ride take sometimes also 1hr. Native yiwu people are full of themself too. Just nice time i have there, when i take my wife and son, and drove my car out of city, just some mountains around, very very nice trips. Now staying in Shanghai, I am more happy can get bread, cheese and so on, but for the triple price than my home country. This way there is no much money left to spend around cool   But is much better life here. I will like to try live in Tianjin, and I very like Shenzhen for its position on the map, and the whole city is fine include people.

Weihai is the ideal place to live - clean air, clean water, no traffic jams, and the quietest most civil coastal city in China. Tianjin is the worst because it is so damn polluted

I don't have a lot of experience in northern cities, don't want to, I prefer the south and without a doubt Zhanjiang is the best place in Guangdong  ..Hainan really sucks  ..Guangzhou is mamahuhu ,,,,,maybe Shenzhen would be Ok if I was younger and looking to get ahead, make a name for myself ......but Zhanjiang is pretty much perfect for me.............. Guilin and Kunming are good       ..Bama is my desired final retirement home.

I agree.  Shanghai is great, just great.  Somehow, somehow for me, anyway, Beijing, since most of the hutongs are gone, just has become a bit hollow.  Guangzhou is also great in its own frenetic way.  Never been to Shenzhen.

A:Good question!  I'd say, if you study at Uni in China beside working full-time as an E.T. with Residence permit, you don't interfere with your full-time employment. It's your free time and you can do anything you want, with respect to the Chinese laws and customs. Have a look at terms of Z visa/Residence permit and ... ".. you cannot work (and earn monies!) with another employer ..."That's all it is! Your RP sponsor title is written on the RP stamp in your passport, I think. It's in Mandarin, so I've heard about that from someone ...At I.D.-ing by cops, they know where you work and than more details about you are just a phone call away ... and it happened in person ... LOL ... during the day-time stroll through Wulumuqi, Xinjiang, 2012/13 semester. Now under RP, you're free to surf Internet, jog, ... and study, too. I suggest, you look and ask at the Uni, you plan to study in the future. Have a detailed look at requirements for studying and attending chosen Uni.Good luck! -- icnif77
