From your country you will need a veterinary to certified the pet is in excellent health, and has all required vacinations, including specific names and dates given. Then you must notarize and authenticate the document all the way up and then have it also authenticated by the Chinese Embassy in your country, after having a certified translation done and supplied also to the Chinese Embassy. when returned to you, all documents will be sort of staple together and be good for 6 months, if you separate any of them the whole thing will be void.
Of course, when the pet arrives here it will be quarentined, and you must pay for it.
Not all pets are allowed, check and see first. Also number of pets is limited, I do know cats are a maximum of two.
