Thank you,but still I am confusing.Pls tell me more. 1.An associate degree holder is a person who is still studying in the college, but finished the two years studying at first, but still need two years to finish the full degree? If that so,is that person sucessfully passed the exam of two years studing ? 2.An Associate degree holder is a person who sucessfully passed the exam and graduated from a two years junior college and can go to work directly by this degree.Well,I don't kown totally how many years in junior college. And what is the diffrence between an Associate degree and college degree. My studing in China is 3 years,it is an Associate degree or Bachelor degree? Hope to hear from you soon. Thanks
sorrel:
A university or college will award a full Degree after 4 years. An Associate Degree is a course of study usually lasting two years. In the United States, and some areas of Canada, an associate degree is often equivalent to the first two years of a four-year college or university degree.
Welcome back. Associate: This is someone that is not your friend, family, acquaintant (someone that you do know). It is just someone that you have interaction with like a workmate. You can become decreed an associate on QQ.
in answer to your comment above: you say that you studied for 3 years - was this a complete course of study? What was the name of the course you studied and the name of the place you studied? a Degree is usually 4 years, and this is usually clear before you begin the course, also the name of what is being awarded.
Bachelor's are done in 3 years in the UK.
Foundation Degrees are done in one year as a way in to Bachelor's if you didn't get the required college qualifications first.

Also useful. An Associates Degree is the equivalent of a Foundation Degree in the UK. See second reply in that link to see what an Associate's Degree is worth in the EU.
A full good explanation here on degrees etc...

Well, people told me to not post personal things on the site because many of them will just make fun of me.You wont find my personal stuffs on the site again.lol Btw...About boyfriend hunting, now it is a secret.
china has a scam called a 3 year college diploma or a 4 year degree, they are not the same, an associate degree will get you in an office as an assistant for something but you dont get the big salary.
Victoria,
I have an Associate Degree. I also have an Occupational Certificate in Early Childhood Development and Education. I am available if you need assistance.
Sincerely,
Gerald
