Ha ha. I am all for religious freedom. Of course I am. Even the Party is ok with religious freedom to an extent. But missionaries are against religious freedom. They want everyone to live under their rules.
Kim Davis is a good example. A very good example by the way. She was jailed for refusing to follow a court order. She is demanding that other people live by her religion.
The way I see it, the people who promote religion the most are the people who don't understand it. So yeah, if a foreigner is here to preach illegally, then chuck them out I say.

Kim Davis defied a court order because the court order went against her moral conscience. According to your reasoning, if the government told you to sink refugee ships to slow down the tide of refugees, you would be the one to arm the torpedo.

The separation of church and state is a myth. The state absolutely promotes religion, the religion of secularism. And what defines the religion of secularism? Anything they want. You think murder is evil? No problem, just write a law that it's ok to kill under circumstance A or circumstance B, then it becomes morally acceptable. Law C to legally allow practice D violates your conscience? Too bad, law C was passed yesterday because one more person voted in favor than against, so you must accept it or else. So according to your religion of secularism, if the state tomorrow ordered the immediate removal of all refugees, you would be the first to report them to the police. You must separate your beliefs from the religion of secularism as defined by the state.

Trust me, if a UK politician was to bandstand on a religious platform he/she would never be elected. It's ok to be a religious politician in the UK, but if you used it to get elected it would work against you.

Meanwhile, there was no support for the Muslim convert flight attendant who refused to serve alcohol on flights. In a secular state, people are equal irrespective of religion. As for me sinking a refugee ship... Sure, if I was a seaman, and it was my job, and I was ordered to do it... Who knows. Personally I would not be in that job. But give that order to a bible bashing righteous Republican.... Wow.
