Q: what is earliest way to buy train ticket in china ??
I live in beijing and I'm planning to catch a flight from kashi,xinjiang on jan 28 right before the spring festival,,as i heard how hard is to get a train ticket at that time I m looking for if someone knows the earliest way to buy a train ticket from beijing to urumqi and thn urumqi to kashi...thanks ))

'12 days before departure', but I start with buying usually 10 days before.
if you wanna buy G train wont be a big deal cause it is usually too expensive for most chinese
if you plan D train well better buy a ticket in the lottery. i believe you can buy it 2 weeks before or as mentioned 12 days
I think it's 20 days! through online or telephone booking!
