I think the best way for you is to print the Chinese name 广西壮族自治区直属机关第一幼儿园 on a note and show it to a taxi driver. Btw it's near Tao Yuan street but not on it. A short distance. There is also a mistake in the pinyin it should be “guan” not "quan"
