Q: What exercise equipment you have at home?
Guess I can go to gym, but some days I do not want to go out in Shanghai air. Most everything I have order online like Taobao or Sherpas, but no can do for exercising.
I have a few weights, but no cardio machine. Do you have such equipment? I would rather go jogging, but jogging outside not so good anymore. Suggestions?

25 floors of stairs and a dog to walk.
Based on my physical condition after walking up 25 floors, I estimate it is equivalent of running 1Km at a rather high speed.
Hey i said it first! Your stealing my stupid joke! Look at the posting times people! Admin! Can we do something about this???
MissA:
I actually wrote it first, then got stuck on another page messaging a friend, and came back to post. Anyhow, my BF has nothing to do with your wife... I hope.

It rotates on a triweekly basis -- that is the equipment, I mean.
I got a bench set and some cheap adjustable dumbbells and plates...I know somebody that has a treadmill in their home but getting a decent one is pricey. Might be worth considering if you're gonna stick around for a while. Yeah man the air is awful these days!
Flat bench, 3 sets of dumbbells (2, 4, 6 kilos), Schwinn recumbent bike for the one lung, yoga mat (tatami) and sofa for crunches, hooking both feet under the bottom edge of the sofa. That's it. Fit as a fiddle.
Refrigerator, couch, and TV...and bed, of course...
A tennis ball with an elastic cord tied to it, a roll of toilet paper and curtains, my cat loves them. The bike is for me.
