They like to eat rice! That's one of the most eaten foods in china. The food that is less eaten is brocolli. I haven't seen many people eat brocolli. Don't really have it on any of the menus at the restaurants either.

I think you mean to say stuff that Chinese eat often, that other countries eat less often?

I'd say there are quite a few things, like pigeon eggs or black fungus. Also, the way they prepare their food is different from other countries, such as the way they cut their meat.
