Q: What goes in to your hot pot dipping sauce?

Silly question I know, but I really like hot pot and I'm looking to branch out with what kinds of dipping sauces I use. I normally choose sesame sauce with a bit of garlic, spicy oil and some chives, but I'm sure there are more adventurous things I could try. What kinds of combos have you come up with?

I bolied down a duck head I got in hotpot once. I have the skull mounted in a plastic case in my bookcase, with a made in China sticker on it.
