Q: What happened to all of the speed limit signs in Beijing?

Anyone ever came to Beijing and wondered why you couldn't find a speed limit sign anywhere? I've been looking around but I don't even know what the speed limits are. The speed limit should be different in the neighborhoods and the open roads. Why aren't any speed limit signs posted anywhere?
