Anybody notice you haven't seen any around? I'm wondering if that is the reason people don't stop when turning right on a stoplight they just keep going....

I do not recall seeing any such "Stop Signs" on street corners in China. Much less Yield Signs. But I do know that many cities in many countries do allow a right hand turn from the far right lane on a red light with caution.
Now, from that to what happens on the streets is one hell of a difference. Attitude seems to be the governing one, if I am bigger than you, I do not stop, you stop for me to do as I please. Thank God speed is low, and most accidents are just fender benders........ But the same attitude on highways, at higher rates of speed, does give an end result of causalties and many hurt.

It was a frat prank. I heard they were busted and whisked away to an undisclosed location for interrogation, as they are holding the stops signs ransom until they are allowed to have a kegger.
