Q: What happens if PSB refuses to renew your working Visa?

I have to renew my working Visa (Z) in a few days. I don ,t know if i can get it, If PSB refuses to renew my Visa will I be kick out from China or will they change my visa for another one? Thank you guys.

Technically, PSB renews your residence permit, if you are still under contract with the same employer.  That is a given. But if by any chance they decide not to renew  yours ten you will be given 10 days to leave the country. PSB can't issue visas unless they are located at a port of entry.

I have heard that PSB officer might go to your school of office wo check that you are working there. Is that right？， has it happened to you before?.
