Bravelife:
I prefer with my 200rmb,I can buy other things for my festival.I do not like mooncake that much, will get some, but not lots.
I have a big bottle of Vodka at home.Haha
My plan might be drink Vodka, eat mooncake, trysome other nice food as well.
about 200 RMB worth of mooncakes
Bravelife:
I can buy diffrent yummy things rather than just mooncake.I prefer cash than mooncake
A small party with mooncakes, good cream cakes (!) and mojitos. Currently sipping my mojito. It seems that there are envelopes for everyone.
I actually get the holiday off!!! And thats the greatest gift of all.
Bravelife:
Just next Monday off,Saturday and Sunday is just the weekend supposed to be off as usual.
'Dismissal letter', a week or so ago.
I consider it as a 'gift', because School sponsored Z HK pick-up, apartment with 4 plastic chairs, in small, dirty city.
By Fujian FEB, School must give me Release letter and FEC cancel cert., because 'dismissal' was without valid reason.
With this 2 docs., I'll be able to apply for new FEC, and change 'work place' on RP, valid till Aug. 2015.
However, I already have train ticket with weekend's departure, but not 2 docs., yet. A bit 'hairy'!
200 rmb paid into the bank and a tin of cheap mooncakes.
Why do they call it Moon Festival? I have never seen anyone pull a moon. That would make it memorable and give a proper place to put mooncake.
icnif77:
'Be-sauce', I mean 'be-cause' their calendar is Moon calendar. So in correct English translation should be called 'Calendar Festival'
You can't study Chinese only! You must study 'Englo' tooooo!
Each employee a 500 RMB gift card. Doesn't sound like much, but there are 9,000 employees.
