Since I moved here I've learned how to make a lot of things from scratch, not because you can't get it, but because of quality reasons. For example, crumpets. You can get them at April gourmet, but they just aren't that good. So, I learned how to make them. Along with
- BBQ sauce
- Bagels
- Pizza dough
- pickles
And some other things. You?
Teaching materials. Some of these books the students are expected to use are terrible!!!!
I learned how to make a miniature pizza. Although not the best you take Bread of your choice get cheese of your choice melt it in an oven or microwave, then spread the sauce on top to layer it and add your toppings.
1. Bread
2. Cheese
3. Sauce
4. Toppings.
Cream cheese! It's just yoghurt with the water seperated out.
I've made some different types of bread, curry, cakes, biscuits, pies and a pavlova! All from scratch (although I did not create the universe...).
