You need a work visa to do all of the above. In that case make sure you authenticate your degree
Translater, and some companies need foreign sales to do sales in the local market where they are from. If you don't have any real working experence, I'd suggest to consider those jobs if there's anything you like.

You could be a public school math teacher, english teacher, customer service manager or a sales person.
It depends on how you look. Good looks will make you get more than teaching jobs.
