Q: What 'laowai' physical feature do Chinese find most fascinating?
I've heard the girls love hairy chests, hairy feet and the like but don't know if there's any truth to that.
They also seem to think we have exceptionally big noses, though frankly many of them also do...
And let's not even talk about breasts. Women seem to be in denial here, openly declaring they don't want big breasts, but then wearing the most heavily padded bras out there.
Well .... Not to boast, but ... the little fella is a god here.
Leaving the penis issue aside...most girls are fascinated by hairy arms and legs and maybe even a beard but most hate kissing a guy with a beard or stubble in my experience.
As for breasts (I know you said not to) every time me and my gf go to an expat bar she is always complaining that western women have better breasts and she wants her's done...of course I always say no....she doesn't need it.
Eyes are No. 1.
Black person's head hair. White guy's hair everywhere else. Blonde girls.
Beards and tashes are definitely a nono.
They like my eyes and that I have a nose bridge. I have a small nose and I still can't get over the reaction to little ted my one eyed cheeky monkey. I have hair on my chest, not a thick carpet, but women really like it, they say its sexy.
In addition to the above, they just cannot get over our noses.
Nose as already mentioned. And eyes.
My wife does not think hairy guys look good.
There is a reason the most popular plastic surgeries in China are nose, eyes and breasts 
I've had comments about my eyes, nose, skin color, boobs and overall body shape.
I think it is my award winning personality
however I'm a little shy and withdraw when I meet people

The eyes usually get commented on "green and deep"...
And the hair. Can't say how many times I've had my arm hair stroked by people I knew and by complete strangers....also both guys and girls.....creepy sometimes.

So far, my hair, my nose, my eyelashes, my eyebrow, and my big, fat, thick, throbbing belly.
I think if somebody has a big butt they are fascinated by that. Remember there aren't too many people here that have that badonkadonk butt!!
I find there is a type of woman that reminds me of a kitten, they have a kind of innocent curious look about themselves, they are the ones that usually will gently touch my arm hair, I don't mind.

) --when they looking at people, or looking at me...i feel very different from Chinese...i like the eyesight, i feel their eyes are shining !!! 
Boobs and butt; my younger kids in particular are fascinated by both of the above.
On a side note, bra shopping here is a freakin' nightmare. So much padding! Such small actual cup-size!

big nose, blue eyes, err... shoe size?? I was asked once. strange but i think mostly it is curiosity because of the differences
I've got Scottish blood so my sideburns and beard come in bright red and the rest of my hair is brown. They always ask if I'd dyed my sideburns and find it amazing when I say I don't.
