Q: What natural probiotic foods are available in China?
I just read about the "Candida" problem and it makes sense to me to eat probiotically, but I am not about to spend $79 a month for the pills they were trying to promote on line. What natural probiotic foods are readily available in China. Thanks.
Some of the yogurts have probiotics. usually the bacteria name is even listed in English among all the Chinese characters.
Maybe the "Candida" problem is not really a problem for most of us.
"Candida" is probably affecting over 75% of the western citizens who consume processed foods with high sugar and msg content. I just did some more reading and discovered that taking three tablespoons of vinegar a day will neutralize the Candida bacteria and allow people to have normal metabolisms and lose weight if they are obese.
Olives, dill pickles, and sauer kraut all are great probiotics available in China.
