See? You'll turn into a girl with a bunny costume that has no head. Be careful, bra.

500RMB per day of overstay up to maximum fine of 5000RMB

and / or jail (upto 5 years)

deportation (and you pay the airfare).

Don't do it you REALLY wouldn't enjoy Chinese jails.

Do leave as soon as you can. Fly to Hong Kong and renew it there if you are not from  a Country under immigration rules duress. I wouldn't take the risk at all, if I were you.

If your overstay is less then I week or upto 10 days ,you have to pay 500 rmb /day and You go to Hongkong to renew it .Easy to get visa in Hongkong.

If your visa is more than 10days you r going to face a tons of hectic problems.

you can stay without visa as long as police take action.

I know people for more than 8 years.Local police knows about this but they don't care.

If u want to exit you must find a good PSB officer and prepare money for your return ticket ,5000rmb as a fine,500 for a exit visa,250 for wat I don't know they ask.

you also need

residence certificate ,local police station registration ,clearance certificate from the local police station..these things is going to be difficult for u.After all these papers moved (this takes a month) you will get a star visa with the stamp REQUIRED TO LEAVE CHINA WITHIN 10DAYS.

without these things you cannot exit China legally .otherwise face a 15 days jail and deport ion.after departed it will be not so easy to come back China again.

I'll play. Did you get hooked up with a bad agent, and now you want to warn the world about bad agents?
