It's to put on mosquito bites to ease the itching. Made from mint.

My GF swears it is the best to easy mosquito itching and help reduce inflamation and the redness.  She uses it as much as I use toothpaste.

It smells good. And technically it does ease the itching, because it burns instead! It's strong stuff, and I don't think the bites healed any faster. They turned pink, I was worried it would leave a mark. But after a while it went away, maybe more slowly than if I'd left the bite alone.
