Q: What should the 13th animal for Chinese calendar be ?
Let's face it. 12 animals in an endless circle becomes to repetitive. What animal would you add to the flok?

Well I am puzzled as to why they don't have the Panda. Denotes an affable Chinese person....hmmm..maybe that's why not!
Weasel? - covers all the scammers and 1 RMB squeezers.
Chameleon - I reckon a Chinese guy can simply dissolve into a crowd of the same.
Elephant - maintain that Chinese desire to be the biggest. Also might be a warning to those following the obesity trail.
Turtle - covers all government workers and those that cover their arse all the time.
Lion - for those who always want to maintain face
Gazelle - the pretty Chinese girls?
Cheshire Cat - now you see him / now you don't!!!
Giraffe - likes to look down on people
Hyena - Laowai! Laowai! Hahahahahahahahahahaha!!! heeheeheeheehee!!!
Cat - self cleaning no need to wash.

missing SHARKS -as in con jobs all over the country
they could use a CAMEL, 'cause they got no decent water
a "COW" would be good too, no decent BEEF or MILK
a DONKEY" / JACKASS would depict quite a number of Chinese.
an "OSTRICH" is well known for the head in the sand .../ blind to reality
LEMMINGS .... pretty sure this migration depicts the Chinese quite well
Enough said ... good question.... I'm sure we can come up with more Chinese characteristics in global wildlife ......

They have dragons and tigers, which are badass. Pig, chicken, rat, sheep, common, that's bland. They need more badass animals, say sharks, crocodiles, giant squids, velociraptors, and the chupacabra.

My own preferred animal would be the unicorn. I see some online retailer (is it Suning?) using a horse with a single horn in their advertising. Way to misunderstand horses.
The cat by default, because it was tricked out of the works by the rat.
