Q: What should I say to ask if I'm hired?

Among all the interviews I went, there's one company I'd like to go work with. It's a sales manager job.The interview went well for an hour and I asked 10K and the boss asked me to wait and I've been told that I could call him if I have any question.

There's another job offered me decent money but it's just a sales job. Tomorrow will be the last day for me to decide if I will go work for them. So I need to find out if the manager job will hire me on tomorrow.

I am thinking of giving a phone call. But I don't know what I should say when I call? Any advices?

Simply ask if they have made a decision about the position you applied for.

I called the boss. But he told he's on business trip and has several more candidates to interview on next week.

I told him that another company wants me to make decision today and he still didn't make his decision to hire me.

I guess he's not very interested in me then.

Then I contacted the company who gave me offer but I've been told the boss hired somebody else. Now I got nothing

A:I'll give my two cents on the age part. It's not as easy but can definitely be done. I was 21, fresh out of university and landed my first teaching job in china as a homeroom kindergarten teacher on a pretty standard 20,000/month salary. I'm 1 year in now and am still happy. Pretty much all international kindergarten jobs on here want 2 years experience, but many will still accept if you have experience in your home country. With that being said, being white and having a nice looking face is much more of a decision factor in china vs the west, if you can- use it to your advantage. Good luck finding something! -- brinsleym
