Hasn't happened, but I know it will. And I have no clue what I should do if that happens.

Go to the bank, and cancel it. If you have an account with a bank book, you can still withdraw money from the teller using that, while you wait for them to send you a replacement card.
When I lost my Bank of China card, I went in to request a new card, cancel the old one etc. I was told that it would take 2 weeks to get a new one. (This was in a small town and a few years back though, maybe it has got more efficient now.) So I opened a new account, and used my bank book, to transfer the funds across. This got me a new card instantly, but I did then have to go through the hassle of getting my employer to change my bank details.
call the bank first, declare that u lost it...
Then go to the bank with ur pass port and related information, get a new card, change the password...
hope you don't write your password note with your wallet haha
hope someone who knew your password didn't play smart on you ...
