Your being underpaid. Foreigners doing the same job get 50 Rmb per post. Go ask your boss about it, but dont expect an honest answer Smile

Foreigners are more skilled at it, so deserve to be paid more. They get a D visa too, and an internet link that does not require a VPN to get beyond the great patriotic firewall.

Yeah, it sucks.

ID01:

how did you know all these industry secrets? one thing i know is foreigners don't talk about payments...so...are you a well paid wumao..?

Scotsalan is not a paid wumao. Of course not. I am not good enough. No point tracking my ip address down either. It wont lead you to the foreign wumaos. Their IPs cant be tracked.

Can I ask you something?
What makes you believe you should do anything?
Wumao probably does not exist anywhere else than in minds of people who willingly came to China only to learn that they are not good enough to coup with surrounding environment. But for some reason they still do not want, or cannot leave China.
So be it. Also no sense to call them names - why?
Most of them are not bad people. They just probably lost certain illusion (may be even illusions about themselves in some cases) and therefore they are a bit frustrated and bitter.
Most of them came to country which habbits they do not and do not want to understand, which language they do not speak and do not understand and which culture they do not respect.
It's more a reason for pitying them rather than blaiming them. Trying to slowly educate them without them realizing they are being educated (oops, now I let it out ... Smile ).
Of course not all the same! Smile

ScotsAlan:

Wumaos do exist. The Chinese Government admitted it. Google it on a VPN.
