For a new partner... the question would be, just how into my wallet does she want to be?

For a long term partner... the question is, can we as a couple be more important than what others (including the parents) think?

I find many Chinese women hard to read. Even if i can't talk to them because of language, watching their actions and body language says alot. They are often shy or quiet. I'm concerned about how they will be when they shyness wears off. They might not be that nice.
