Q: What time does the "no more points in a day reset"?

Why is this rule even there? Is it a rolling 24hrs or does it reset at midnight local time?

The points for the questions are on a 24 hour roll. You can ask 7 questions in a 24 hour period.

I think the answers you post are the same, but I'm not sure.
