Q: What tricks do Chinese men use to win over foreign girls?
Don't know what it's like in the rest of the country, but here in Beijing Western girls and Chinese guys are hooking up with startling frequency. I'm totally out of the whole dating game, so was wondering out of curiosity what tricks/pick up lines Chinese guys use to win over the ladies these days? Have their flirting skills improved drastically or are foreign girls just more willing to hook up with Chinese men now?

i think foreign girls must lower their standards or have a thing for chinese guys

it was actually a reference to an od movie. i forget the name of it. maybe it was meatballs. the kid uses a sausage and eventually forgets he had it in his pants and i think he got caught or almost got caught with it. i cant remember the name of the movie but it did come out around the time of space balls.
First a lot of foreign men only date locals leaving ex-pat girls lonely and bored
Second, the major cities attract not only english speaking Chinese women, but also Adventure seeking Chinese men. Think about it, a boy whose parents have raised a little prince, and already bought huim a house in a 4th rate city has no desire to try his luck in the PEK or Shanghai.
Lastly there are a lot more foreign men in asia than foreign women, so.....surprise...in a country of a billion people there are enough locals with the 'game' to pick up foreign chicks! I had 2 foreign girls and I suck at life!

Geez, this is getting depressing. Are you really telling me that the only way a Chinese guy can get a foreign girl is if he has a ton of money or a crotch the size of Mount Everest? I don't know if they have any pick up lines, but some Chinese guys are super cute. Maybe I'm strange for only wanting cute love? I don't give a crap about crotch size, and money only so much in that by pooling our resources together we can live comfortably. Real love can exist, guys. Maybe it's more difficult to find it, but it's possible. Enough with the doom and gloom already.

They get this from being around Chinese guys who, when they are around foreign guys, are the biggest braggers about women in the world. A lot of it is posturing, but it's hard not to internalize it when you hear it constantly.

First of all this is a stupid question and second of all the comments here are really rude and raciest. The stuff about the penis size is stupid and wrong. All of you foreign men out there (and yes i am a foreign female) saying stuff about oh chinese half a small penis is shit, all you are trying to do is make yourself feel better because the foreign girl wont go with you. And then saying the foreign girl is ugly that is why she can only get a chinese guy, makes me laugh. As a foreign girl who has been living in China for over 3 years, i can honestly say that i am turned off by foreign men. Because you guys think you are so great because you can get so many girls and you just play around and dont care. Really, what real woman would want a man like that!
I met my Chinese husband through friends and we hit it off right away. We have been together for almost 2 years now and he is the best. He didnt use any tricks or anything , he is just a honest and very confident man. He loves me very much and really makes me happy. He is not weak at all because he is not afraid to argue with me. My Chinese husband takes care of me much better than any white man ever did! So dont say that i can do better, because i already did! Nobody here says that Chinese men have small dicks : "the Chinese man" (one guy in particular) doesn't equal to "Chinese men" (Chinese men in their overall, which is then a stereotype). I believe they can be a situation where one Chinese man can have a very huge penis, which may be of interests to foreign girls interested by that. It's a pure Chinese tradition, if a man has the power and the wealth to manage it, he will not mind to have one or several lovers...... First of all, Sangoku, I did read all the post and one of them said “teeny bulge” and another said “stick a sausage down his pants.” Ok you have to be an idiot to not understand what they are referring to. Also I know there are Chinese men out there who are interested in having more than one woman; however I was referring to MY HUSBAND, not all of the Chinese men. I just want people to know that Chinese men can make good partners and not to believe what everyone else is saying. I am completely in your corner, redblusher. I can't tell you how many times I have had a conversation with a fellow foreigner and the subject goes directly to how many chinese girls he has bedded. One old guy even started pestering me on the phone with questions on how to get more girls! I changed phone numbers to get rid of him!!! It seems that the foreigners I have been associated with (very few) have only been concerned with complaining about China and having sex with the girls. I do not blame you one bit for being turned off by us. It's true that some women need a big d*ck to turn them on, but the vast majority just need a big heart. Chinese men have hearts too. Though there are many, too many, that are lacking the skills to woo a western girl, capable Chinese men are not too hard to find. Good for you.
In my four years in Guilin, I only saw one couple whre the girl was western and the boy was Chinese. The vast majority of the time it was the other way around.
Here in Beijing I have seen a few more, but still the minority.

Same experiences here. Foreign guy, Chinese girl -- all the time. Chinese guy, foreign girl, not even one time.
My laogong was sweet, genuine and could keep me having interesting conversation for hours, I hit a rough patch right after we met and he ran round doing everything he could to help me, even if it meant he was running round all day after doing a 12 hour night shift. He's far from loaded and neither mt everest nor cocktail sausage ( I hate the whole stereotyping) what is it about foreign countries that turn british/american people into colonial asses! nice guys exsist in every race and shock-horror some people do just want love.

I think is is just human nature, territoriality. If we see someone of "another race" mixing (gasp!) happily with one of "ours" snide remarks, stereotyps, and assorted gossip ensure.
