I need to understand if hate is the other side of love

True hate is blaming all your shortcomings on the world and others and never looking in the mirror and admitting you are really just a fuck up.
I would have had a mega go at answering this 20 years ago when my dick was the most important thing in my life. I honestly hated my mate when I found out he was knobbing my wife of the time. Now, I cant even remember his name. But if I met him now I would shake his hand and thank him for changing the direction of my life. I hated him(and her) for years.
Now I know the years of hatred was a waste. Too late to get tgem back. But I wont waste any of the years I have left in such a foolish manner. Thats for sure.

Love and fear are the 2 sides of human emotions. Hate flows from fear. Emotions have their uses, but they are easy to manipulate. In relationships, what qualifies as love, is everything that builds and strengthens relationships. It is expansive. Fear is reductive, it weakens and destroys relationships. But they are not always good and bad d, respectively. Think of rapists, murderers and pedos. They do what they do out of a misguided sense of love, a fascination with women, children or people. And we react to their behaviour with an appropriate sense of fear, a need to break down our relationship with them.
Love it's a sport. It needs training, never stop training.
One day of idleness, it gives way in to hate. It is a fight against the true nature of ourselves and it's defeated by removing any chance to have a place in our hearts. Denying its power over oneself, it's dangerous to the extent that it plagues your mind with its poison and your sight with blindness. Hate it's much more powerful than love at the beginning. But it is love to defeat it after long bearing and patient training against it, having the mind set on such reasons, however little or a glimpse of love there are.
Training your mind on love it prepares you to naturally become good at people, good with people, patient and conciliating, thus making peace and securing peace through any action of good.
Love makes you wise. It levels the intelligence and makes you fit to go deeper into the meanings, infinite meanings and means to better express it and put it on action.
Hate seems infinite. It's a lie.
Love it's infinite. That's the true.
Hate captures your full attention through the lack of understanding and reasoning and imprisons your whole being. Hate it's static. Thus it seems eternal.
Love is fluid. It gives, then it further gives. It needs to move, to go flowing in order to give. It gives, thus it flows. By giving, it proves itself flowing, running through the senses and enriching the heart and mind with unexpected meanings of life and the joy thereof. It never stops. It flows further and it keeps flowing, conquering places where it seemed to never have access.
It is made of such matter that it can access any inaccessible place in the human's soul. Love is capable to show yourself in the decaying stage you are and encourage to hope this much that neither condemnation nor guilt can last anymore in the heart which finds it's true nature of innocence, of reconciliation with yourself and everybody around.
Hate removes any chance to see the truth about it. It might seem powerful. Yet, it's so week. It needs to make you blind through such blindness through which it protects it's weakness and the truth about it, that is that it can be defeated.
Love is the only answer to it. It's the light brought back to your eyes, the air brought back to your lungs, the blood brought back to your veins, the soul brought back to your body.
Then words of joy will spring up as actions and acts of good and goodness. Acting on love, the persistence on it, the practice of it, lead to better words, a better vocabulary, influencing deep in the mind the means towards the language which allows the love to be more present, actual, in your own and other's lives.
Words become messengers of inspiration and courage to believe in it, further and deeper, growing from love to further love. It inspires people around and it gives hope that good it is still in the world, not only there and somewhere only, rather hic et nunc, here and now.
The ways it opens under your feet, are ways of wisdom, prudence, intelligence.
The exercise of it, it persuades the senses to avoiding evil, to get away from it, to keeping it good and with goodness.
Love it's the best sport able to put mind, body and soul together and make your life the success against hate, keeping it away from the senses and wishes, from the reasons and will.
My two cents anyway.
I see hate between Melania and Trump. Prenups are never a good indicator of true love. Especially when it is Stormy.

Trump should be more relaxed and mellow since Clinton introduced blow jobs in the afternoon during business hours for the president and every body agreed it was OK.
I have not seen his intern staff but he could get a few Scandinavian women to keep him happy. I was really shocked that Hillary playing the victim card, glass ceiling, feminism and all the feel me roar, I am woman, that she never accused Donald of not wanting American women for marriage because they are not good enough for him, She could have gotten some disgruntled women to vote for her over that point.
