Prepare your resume, and hit 'Jobs in China' top R side of this screen, and email it away. Check site daily for new suitable job offers.
Employers in China usually don't reply, if they aren't interested. Never mind!
Don't stop sending your CV till you don't land a job.
Good luck!
What kind of job are you looking for? Do you have any working experience? Maybe we can all help if give us some more information.
Tariqabbas:
well...i have done masters in english and i am teaching chinese and english here in Pakistan
ilcornalito:
you might wanna try 51job.com, if you speak Chinese I don't see you having a hard time in finding a job easily.
If you have some qualification with 5 years of experience in teaching English, you can teach English. If you're highly qualified in a technical field too (ie. at least a Master with experience).
Hotwater:
English teacher? Did you read his question? His grammar is atrocious! Plus most Chinese really struggle with Indian sub-continent accents.
DrMonkey:
Yes, and if he/she is into technical stuff, I don't think China would be the first destination of choice, but dreaming is cheap ^^
TedDBayer:
I knew a Chinese woman, English professional translator, she said that I don't speak proper English because I'm not a Brit, I'd often talked to her like an English pansy, she never caught the humour. If I spoke like an East Indian, she couldn't understand a word or see the humour. Brits (mostly?) speak with a non-rotic accent, 300 years ago they did speak rhotic like Americans, so who speaks properly? It's haRD not ha-d.
Start import and export business if you have enough money. You will will make quite a lot of money. Otherwise, find out buyers in Pakistan and help them to import goods from china (become an agent) and earn commission. Best of luck
Why would you want to come to China if you are so unknowledgeable about the place that you don't even know what jobs are available when you arrive? Emigrating from one country to another is a big issue. Not something to do on a whim.
Don't forget your work visa, best to get it before you arrive. However to do that youwill need to have an invite letter. Otherwise you'll maybe find it difficult to obtain a position after you arrive.
It shouldn't matter where you are from. It should only matter what you are qualified to do. Try and look for a job you would enjoy.
I can imagine that China may well be reluctant to grant visas to people from Muslim countries although I may be wrong.
Meat factories?
Muslim countries like saudi arabia have made it mandatory that meat imported from China must be HALAL in accordance with ISLAM. So may be muslim friends can find jobs to perform halal rituals?
