Q: What will be your judgment if you have to Judge your local colleagues?

It is the fact that in any organization, 20% employees do the 80% work and rest 80% do the 20% work. But here in China I experienced that 5% employees do the 95% work and other 95% do 5% work.. I think it is all due to the lack of Participatory Management work style where together Management and Employee define a goal for their Organization and work together to achieve that goal.

But here due to dictating management style where Management only gives order...the work efficiency and creativity of general employee results into lower productivity..

Does Dictating style affect the IQ level,  or Creativity or Foresightedness or decision making capabilities of local colleagues or there is any other reasons...

The people I worked with were all very intelligent and worked their butts off.  Of course, I personally hired each one so I would be embarrassed if that wasn't the case.

Chinese are not more or less intelligent than anyone else. They may be ignorant at some levels, poorly educated, have a culture that teaches opportunism, and for the less fortunate ones, malnutrition during childhood could have lead to slower intellectual growth

evaluating IQ on a scale from 1 to 10 makes little sense as the IQ rating itself is a 1-x scale with 100 being the average !

Scandinavian:

I am not sure spending a lot of time on something is a quality in itself, how much of the time is spent learning red-songs and other things that does not promote intelligence. there is a limit to how much information you can squeeze into the head of people, dong it for a long time does not mean more is learnt

Also, even if they study more, it doesn't make their education level higher. They are indoctrinated, and miss out on other things. Like having enough time for creative thinking, sex ed, environmental protection, different forms of government in an un-biased way, decision making, and a style of thinking that questions things, challenges and tests things, and worldly knowledge. These are areas that most adults should have some knowledge and awareness about. Most of them greatly lack in these areas, not all, but most. An adult needs to be well-rounded in what they have learnt to be considered truly educated.

For some reason this question strikes me as very generally racist.
