I agree with Pogger, almost all of my colleagues use to be busy on QQ during working hours..and when they get off work they log in on their mobile phone..it is the reason i was wondering if QQ will not work then what will happen with addicted ..

QQ is all-pervasive here.  Of all of my Chinese colleagues, I only know of one, just one, that does not QQ and frankly he does use it, he just doesn't want us to know.  The new QQ is particularly incipient -- it will make "recommendations" to your friends about new friends from you, based on your lifestyle, profile, and many other bits and pieces of information.

And yes, a lot of work time is taken up with QQ related activities.

I have never used "WeChat" however.

Believe it or not,It would be the same for me cause I barely use QQ and I don't use we chat at all( I never found the two interesting but annoying).So,I just use Msn,Yahoo ,Skype and echinacities LOL

I wish computers and phones didn't exist, takes too much time. I rarely text, but sometimes I end up texting people for 24 hours over nothing. I think too many live to text. i'm buying the T-shirt for Xmas gifts.

I might be able to buy something without waiting for the shop assistant to finish her online conversation. Mind you, she would still find a game to play on the computer.
