There's a turkish customer, obviously he's just a trader and doesn't seem knowing the diffrence between a model and a toy.
But he does know some mould details.
He sent me like 100 questions a day to ask price and mould cost, mould making details, factory work information.,etc
From morning till midnight and keeps push asking. Just a new customer never ordered before.
And I have many other works to do, honestly I do not have much time to keep answering his 100 questions in a day. If I keep spending my time to find all the answers for all his questions everyday, I wouldn't have time to deal with otehr customers.
What will you do in my situation? Just ignore his questions?
Deal with it, is that not your job?
If you don't want his custom, then ignore him.
Delegate. Get someone else to do it.

Congratulations. You got what you wanted. You're the sales manager now.
This is your job. And he might be worth a lot of money and hige orders. Or he may not. Hint: qualify your customer.
Viki87:
I always qualify customers, I set them at A, B+, B, C level at my project form.
A has the most potential to get deal made recently or already made deal, B+ is highly protential to be able to make sales, B still has potential to make deal, but might not be made as fast as customer on B+ list, C is the least potential ones, which I do not need to give too much engery, contact like once in 6 monthes.
I made project form based on CRM and foreign project management system from a western company I used to work for.
I just click selection to select customer leads to follow up based on level, contact time and must do duty. I am doing things very fast, I make deal closed almost every month. Now call me Viki the killer.

Level | Source | Company | Country | Business type | Contact | Phone | Website | Project status | Things to do next | Things have to be done today | Last contact to customer | Last contact from customer |

All are set with a selction buttom on excel to select and let the system help me manage all the customer accounts. Be highly efficient and no time wasted.
Use the 80/20 rule. Twenty percent of your top customers will give you 80% of your sales. Concentrate on those and get rid of the rest.
Fire the guy if he takes too much of your time and concentrate on your best customers.
