Q: What would you miss and what would you take if you went home tomorrow?
If you returned to your home country tomorrow, never to set foot in China again, what would you miss? What would you take with you? And what from China would you like to see introduced to the world back home?
Probably miss the wife, take the daughter, definitely miss the Mother-in-law. 
I would like to see those spicy noodles you get in Nanning introduced, don't know the name for them but they aren't in a soup have carrots, cucumber onions and meat in them and are lovely! 
I'd also like to take the Public transport system (updated to leave behind the fumes) but that may be a bit big to fit in my baggage!
I'd like to go home tomorrow so badly but then to be back again considered I love my boyfriend so much and plan a future with him in China. But lets consider the eventuality.
I would miss:
1. Chinese food.
2. Being able to have private conversation without other people understanding me.
3. Safety distance from my, at times, crazy family.
4. Public safety. Back home I feel quite scared walking in certain areas of the city or after a certain time of the night. I've never had that feeling in China.
5. Economic independence. Even if my salary isn't that impressive it still gives me the chance to live a decent life. Back home I could never afford living on my own, going to the gym, traveling, eating out almost every day etc.
6. Chinese enthusiasm. I'm quite negative in this period and particularly annoyed by every living creature. But I have to admit that back home I have never seen people as motivated and enthusiastic as some Chinese people.
7. Challenge of learning a difficult language.
8. A large amount of job opportunities, which lacks in current times in my own country.
9. Being complimented for my looks. Back home I received many compliments as well, but in China most people consider me a beauty. Haha. Female vanity!
10. Being more careless about public appearance. Since in China, I don't mind going out dressed as a beggar, while back home I'd never even go to a supermarket without make up or decent clothes on.
I would not take anything special, except for some typical souvenirs.
I'd like to see:
1. Hot pot, dumplings, steamed buns, in other words authentic Chinese restaurants.
2. Bbq stands all night long.
3. More elderly people exercising in the morning and evenings in parks (ex. dancing ladies).
4. E-bikes.
5. Chinese persistence and motivation to 'try' to learn something new at any age.
6. Traffic lights indicating the remaining time for crossing.
7. Hot water drinking habit or more pure tea drinking, without too much sugar or milk.
8. Shop and restaurants working long hours, working on weekends and holidays. Back in my countries everything seems dead on Sundays or during summer holidays.
Can't think of anything else at the moment. Too tired!

Well I can relate to near everything you mentioned, though I don't suffer from 'female vanity' and hardly ever wear make-up.
I would miss my family. Other than that... Nothing. If I went home there would be a small version of China within a 20 minute drive to fulfill what every itch needs to be scratched.
I would miss seeing beautiful girls wearing a skirt shorter than the top of their stockings; and I mean girls on the streets everywhere and not only in KTV's or nightclubs 
oh wait, I would like to take that fashion sense to Canada also

In Canada, better import some skinny legs too. I've been home 6 weeks and have not uttered OMG once.
