Fap ur answer is wrong.
Everyone knows Sushi is Japanese.
And if u Sushi is all u want, maybe it's better to live in Japan.
Sushi in China, either tastes bad or way too expensive. I love Sushi too, what a pity.

Wenna, i'll contradict you, because I once heard that sushi was indeed first invented in China, a very very long time ago. But Chinese people were not too fond of it. Japan imported the idea, and being a archipelgo, they were moar fond of sushis, and it became japan national dish.

A bit like spaghettis are from China too, but the italians developed it and now it's an italian specialty.

The Chinese cook who told me that was really convincing, he was looking at me with fiery eyes and a huge cleaver!

I like di4san1xian1 地三鲜, a northeastern dish, potatoes, eggplant, and green peppers all sauteed together. Also if you're a beer drinker it compliments beer very well.

Martin1947: sweet and sour pork is not considered as authentic Chinese food by Chinese, it is a food tailor-made to fool foreigners

Sichuan food is sensational , the one that has white fish in that wonderful peppery sauce that is served in a big bowl and also the one with sliced beef, and offal in a similar sauce. Other things I enjoy are hotpot and barbeque. The 3 I have mentioned are complimented by a nice cold beer. Ganbei..

Bao zi

but if you ask me what I would most of all want to to eat it would be something homecooked or go to Burger King. I despise the "restaurant experience" in China.

same here. I would add pork tongue (or was it beef) with ciangcai, soy sauce and peanuts...
