Q: What is your favorite movie in China?

I mean when you've had a bad China Day...your wife/girlfriend is nagging you...you are missing home and need an escape...what is your go to movie to forget for a while you are in China.

I'm  personally a sucker for the Godfather...follwed by II.

Same here! I also like to watch repeatedly Goodfellas, Casino, Thinker Tailor Soldier Spy, The Gatekeepers.......and some 70 other movies I have on G-Drive.

chinese movie i'd say wuxia, with donnie yen. Is really worth to watch, given your chinese is fluently.

With good chinese skills i'd say most movies of Feng Xiaogang  and Jiangwen.
