We all know that china and especially the north of china is famous for noodles but before coming here we did not know that noodles in china are not just one kind.different places serve noodles in different ways and ingredients.....now we do know that there is different kinds of noodles.......Which is your Favourite?
Guilin noodles are supposed to be good, but I found the noodle shops sell mostly noodles in spicey chicken soup. I complained to my GF once about the bacon not being cooked enough and she told me it was pig ear, no more please. She never wanted me to eat street food, so I went out late and found I liked many things, but I loved the fried noodles. I like the wide noodles served with hookers, what can I say it was always late at night.
