What do you think happened to the plane?
I'm on 'unearthly reasons' side. Something happened, we don't know about. Against any physical laws on Earth. '7th dimension' and things.
Speculations?

Technical failure or human failure are the only two possible options.
Technical failure can be one of two.
Catastrophic structural failure - this would put wreckage in the area where the plane lost radar contact.
Electric failure - this could be the cause for the pilots seeking different directions, not sure where the closest airport that they would seek to in case they lost electrical power or had a severe malfunction
Human failure can also be one of two
Hijackers amongst the passengers or crew
Mentally unstable pilot that decide to end his life taking a lot of others with him.
icnif77:
They praise both pilots on CCTV, as being 'top of the line'. One was known for his 'landing by the book' at Malaysian Airlines, and had 'flight simulator' in his living room.
Statement 'somebody turned off 'flight correspondent' is puzzling.
If hijacked, where did it land?
What happened to debris, if accident/bomb?
Obviously it was the Aliens wot dun it! Or maybe the South China Sea triangle. I mean, there won't be a real reason will there?
icnif77:
While you're there, I support your thought for one 'simple' reason: Universe is too vast, to be occupied by us only!
dunno.. wonder if we will ever know. but I do think it crashed into the Indian Ocean on running out of fuel. and I also think humans did it... I mean not an accident/malfunction.
Physics boogaloo as explanation, errr... How about waiting for actual informations ? The area of search is huge, those seas are amongst the most polluted seas worldwide, so finding things will take time.
icnif77:
It was boring just to wait! It's puzzling listening to teli, and read reports online. I want to check our 'think-tank'
DrMonkey:
There are so little confirmed information, even making good speculation is hard. Hijacking gone wrong ? Hardware failure ? Bad decisions ? Missile shot after a confusion, and subsequent face-saving ? All this composed ? No determinant clues.
icnif77:
Just tell your version! Right A will 'beat her/his breasts/chest' in live broadcast!
DrMonkey:
Okay, so my super speculative version based on nothing... Plane got hardware troubles on the way. The pilots decided to change route, and could inform anybody of the change. They were flying low, close to one of those disputed islands. A soldier group fired a missile thinking it was menacing, boom goes the plane. Eventually, they realized the error, cover-up and face saving to full nominal power. Plane won't be found. With time, books and cranky videos will babble about wormholes and aliens.
"Maybe they ran out of fuel and got stuck in a cloud" seems to me as just a good explanation as anything supernatural like aliens or that the CCP should actually have people skilled enough to hit a giant plane.
icnif77:
'I asked 'pug' to let only one A per user' at this tread!' No, I didn't
The latest is that the pilot is a political activist and a staunch supporter of Anwar who has jus been jailed for sodomy. This new theory is that the pilot is protesting by doing something with the plane. What do you think of this scenario? I'd say it is possible, in a distant sort of way.
icnif77:
That's a new one. Who's Anwar? I'm just watching report on the teli: search in all countries with ending '-stan' (at least 10). No causes stated, just 'how to search'. Quote: 'This is unprecedented case!' 5 possibilities listed, no.3 = 'personal problems'
louischuahm:
Here you go, the link. By the way, Anwar was the once upon a time deputy prime minister who was disgraced because of corruption and sodomy. Because he was a popular politician who championed the underdogs' cause, the elites didn't like him, so his mentor the prime minister fired him. The country has been torn between both camps since.

icnif77:
I'm not sure about 'news' from 'Daily Mail'. They would write anything for more sales.
louischuahm:
Don't ALL journalists do that? If they don't sensationalize it how then can they achieve readership targets? Besides, journalists have immunity, they can't be sued unless it's outright libel.
louischuahm:
Honestly? I always take all news with a pinch of salt, some news I take with buckets of it. Nothing beats real hard evidence which up to now there's nothing to suggest anything. It's just a whole bunch of hunches, theories and perhaps some hallucinations from over working.
India claims the airplane could not have crossed over its airspace saying that:
""If the jetliner had tried to cross the Indian mainland, our primary radars (which bounce radio signals off targets) would have picked it up despite its transponders being switched off (secondary radars beam signals that request information from a plane's transponders)," said a top Indian Air Force (IAF) officer."
Isn't that already pointing out, that with all the available technology today, there should be no mystery regarding the Malaysian airplane whereabouts?
JacobJohn:
I can't think of a plausible scenario because I risk to go conspiracy wild. It's not good to go that way. I rather wait and see to it.
you can't tell me that with all those cell phones on board nobody made a call, text, tweeted my space , or sent a email . for 5 or so hours after things went haywire .
icnif77:
What do you think happened? Your version, and if you're right 'beating chest in live broadcast'.....
philbravery:
to my knowledge this is unprecedented that a plane fly's on and changes course
I have heard of planes loosing oxygen and everybody passes out and the plane fly's on till it runs out of fuel. but they travel on the last programmed course no dodging radar stations and turning off beacons .
on the bright side there is still a faint glimmer of hope that the plane and the people are in one peace waiting to be rescued
'Transponders were disabled on the plane' on teli.
It's possible to disable them from the distance, me thinks. Like AWACS, and similar 'unknown' things.
philbravery:
the engine stats were still broadcast, that is how they know it was still in the air
so if it jammed the it would have got everything
philbravery:
maybe your friend Snowden was onboard
what ever happened ,time will tell
just think how the relatives of those on board must feel
kids not seeing their parents again partners that didn't get to say good bye
just be thankful for what you have

You should see CCTV report from Ukraine two days ago. They interviewed Russian guy looking the same as 'Up-yours', without glasses.P. is taking a dig at US!

Psychotronic and Electromagnetic Weapons: Remote Control of the Human Nervous System
In March 2012 the Russian defense minister Anatoli Serdjukov said:
“The development of weaponry based on new physics principles; direct-energy weapons, geophysical weapons, wave-energy weapons, genetic weapons, psychotronic weapons, etc., is part of the state arms procurement program for 2011-2020,”Voice of Russia

You definitely believe too much conspiracy shite that you read on the internet. I quite like the view of globalresearch.ca that is given on rational wiki....http://rationalwiki.org/wiki/Globalresearch.ca
icnif77:
And 'Rationalwiki' is reliable?
I'm Yami Winehouse. I must be good 'jazzy' singer?
I post on the open tread! If 'pug' will ask me to stop, I will. Everybody else can just skip over my 'spam'. I don't tell no one to read or to believe!
Get rest Zelda! You're not in US! No L or R manure here!
thefidu881:
And don't forget the HAARP, capable of changing flight path of any airplane in the air.Zeldas and Dollas* will be critical of that comment but its true.Even the details regarding HAARP technology are not shared with EU despite her insist.
forced to turn back by "somebody" ...pilot( tried to get to that other airport in Malasyia.... managed to get a start on that and reset autopilot for an approach at a setting headed south........... "somebody" didn't like that and they had a little tussle and all in the cockpit were incapacitated ..... plane didn't give a shit and just kept on going south....
BHGAL:
P.S. I have convinced my wife that they went to the moon.
and will not be coming back......I am not allowed to go to Malaysia for my next vacation or ever, if I were to listen to her. or you could believe this BS........I prefer the moon http://edition.cnn.com/2014/03/20/world/asia/malaysia-airlines-plane/index.html?hpt=hp_t1icnif77:
They found some debris (I think Ozzies), but it need to be confirmed ....teli at 5:30pm
Scandinavian:
@BHGAL. If Malaysia is out of the question, how about Diaoyu Islands. Bring a non-Chinese flag and plant it there. !
Plane crashed in S. Indian Ocean. No survivors found, CC tell reports at 11pm. Search planes spotted objects in the Ocean. Plane's final location off Perth, Australia.
At least Malaysian Government can find the Black box !!!! But Interesting fact is Cant find the Flight , trying to search for Black box.....
God Only Knows!!!
But Recently i find the lot of news about Malaysian airline, During the landing in vietnam have trouble with birds. and Having problem with north korea also.
I hope Malaysia will learn from the mistake atleast.... but it cost 270 people lives...
icnif77:
As I understand, Malaysian Airlines were just 'PR speakers'.
I'm not sure, how (US, UK) satellites didn't track the plane all the flight. There's possibility (in my mind) to divert (disconnect transponder) plane remotely (ship, AWACS).
