Q: What is your physical age and your mental age?
The wife told me to act my age
this got me thinking about what it was like when I was younger.
the mind is still willing but the body cant always back it up.
so I would say 44yrs and somewhere between 16 and 20 yrs on occation
and the odd 2yrs moment of course

Your physical age can be how much in shape you are. Many people in their 50's to 60's say they feel like they are in their 30's just because they are in good shape. The mental age could be how smart one thinks of themselves.

Age is relative. I am actually 37, but the locals keep thinking I am 30, so I will go with that!!
But I often think I am like 24 in China....maybe it's culture...maybe it's my libido. 
To me, physical age is how many years since birth. And mental age is how I feel and act, it has no relation what so ever with how smart I am, my IQ or my degree of intelligence.
But waht else can you expect of Mattaya, you offered him the opportunity of 4 points, and he took it, even if his answer was bologne.
My physical age is 68, and my mental age is somewhere in the 40's. I have excellent health, a sharp mind, a head full of hair, still brown, no white. I still play volleyball, softball, football (soccer) and swim every chance I get. I can climb six or seven flights of stairs without dragging my tongue on the floor, and have never used Viagra. So, what age does that makes me?

Physical age 25
Mental age... well I wanna be a Toys R Us kid and part of me acts like an 8 year old, but theres also aspects of an 80 year old alcoholic and a teenage asshole.
Physical age 58, but mentally somewhere around late thirties. Mentally I have got younger since leaving UK, probably something to do with all the lovely women I can talk to here!!
physical 22, mental...more like a an old man lol... its hard to have a scale on maturity
It is not polite to ask a woman her age 
Depending on the circumstances, mentally I can be 12, 18, 30, 50, 70....
Physically, I'm 41.
Fortunately I do not look 41. I like to play hide the teacher with my freshman and just blend into the class the first day. I've heard very interesting things about myself that way.
My birth certificate says I'm 20, I look 30, and I behave like I'm 10!
Mental age is probably 25, but sometimes I found I agree with "happyexpat" alot, does it mean my metal age is 68 already? wow....

I do think Men act immature more than Women.
As I like to say - my body is made from the dust of stars that died billions of years ago... my soul has been around since before creation.. .anything else is irrelevant.

Anyway, this body has managed to survive (ever decreasingly well) forty...two?? years (IIRC).
Mentally... hmmm - as the others have all said - sometimes 14, sometimes 20, sometimes 80... eitherway, 'not my age' - other than being responsible, mature and sensible (sometimes).
It annoys me when the only thing a person looks at is a number to decide things about you (too old, too young, etc etc)
