Q: What is your teaching style if you have one?

I've been trying to learn some magic tricks that can be turned into a lesson. Some on mathematical problems and others on science related problems. What is your style of teaching?

You've left yourself open on this one.

Unfortunately, I am in "nice mode," so I won't say a thing.   ... Shift+R improves the quality of this image. Shift+A improves the quality of all images on this page.

Mine? I make them laugh, and also teach them how to correct their pronunciation. I just taught my five year old students the Sith Code.

They're getting good at it. I think.

Peaf is a rye, dare is onry passin
Two passin i gain strenk,
Two strenk, i gain powah
Two power, i gain vickory
Two vickory, my chays are boken,
The fork sall set me fee.

Close enough, I guess.

Overly didactic and always has been, although that has gradually improved over time.

ambivalentmace:

i worked at a middle school and the british teacher had to teach an english song and taught them the british national anthem, never told the school what the song was, but the craziest was the foreigner who got them to teach aerobics to the girls with the song 'one night in bangkok' , pe was so much more interesting during my breaks.
