Spending too much time in front of the computer instead of going out to exercise.

I have obtained this aweful habit of using chopsticks.
I can't stop.  I have tried, but wherever I go they keep giving them to me...I can't escape them.  I usually use them the eat, but sometimes I find myself sticking them in bodily orifices (usually my own, but sometimes other peoples).
I need help.  Do they have support groups in China?
