I don't think it is an issue in China but I am not sure whether that is because of strict penalties for doing the deed like Singapore or the fact that it is not fashionable to the demographic (supposedly disaffected youth) to do graffiti. Another reason could be that there are rarely moments in Chinese cities where anywhere is deserted so it would be very easy to be seen while tagging.

For whatever reason I am just happy to not see the senseless vandalism of other peoples property that we have to endure in my country.
