Zero! My contracts are for NETT pay - not gross! Saves so much hassle! 
If you're paying too much in tax you can talk to your employer about making a larger percentage of your pay a "housing allowance". This is tax free, and cheaper for you and for them. Also, if you can open a bank account in HK and have them pay to that account, you won't pay any.
